Arcis Protocol ("Arcis," "we," "us") operates the arcis.money website, dashboard, MCP server, and related smart contracts on Base mainnet. This policy describes how we collect, use, and protect information when you interact with our services.
Blockchain Data: When you interact with Arcis smart contracts, your wallet address and transaction data are recorded on the public Base blockchain. This data is publicly visible and immutable by design.
Website Analytics: We may collect anonymous usage data (page views, referral sources) through privacy-respecting analytics. We do not use third-party tracking cookies.
Waitlist/Contact: If you submit your email through our waitlist, we store it solely to notify you of protocol updates. We do not sell or share email addresses.
Telegram/Social: If you interact with the CUSTOS bot on Telegram, we process your Telegram user ID and messages solely to respond to your commands. Messages are not stored beyond the session.
We do not collect personal identification information, IP addresses (beyond standard server logs), financial account details, private keys, or seed phrases. Arcis is a non-custodial protocol — we never have access to your funds.
All interactions with Arcis smart contracts are initiated by you through your own wallet. Transactions are processed on the Base blockchain and are subject to the immutable, transparent nature of public blockchains. Arcis does not control, reverse, or modify on-chain transactions.
The Arcis MCP server provides read-only access to on-chain vault data. It does not require authentication for read operations. Write operations (deposit, withdraw) require a private key which is processed locally and never transmitted to or stored by our servers.
CUSTOS is an autonomous keeper agent that posts protocol status updates to X (@custos0x) and Telegram. CUSTOS reads publicly available on-chain data. It does not access, store, or process personal user data.
We implement reasonable security measures to protect any data we process. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure. Smart contract security is maintained through code audits, testing (116 tests), and security features including emergency withdrawal, strategy timelocks, and per-agent deposit caps.
Arcis integrates with third-party protocols (Aave V3) for yield generation. Your interactions with these protocols are subject to their respective privacy policies. We also use Railway for hosting and Base (Coinbase) as our blockchain network.
On-chain data cannot be deleted due to the immutable nature of blockchain technology. For off-chain data (email, analytics), you may request deletion by contacting us. We will respond to deletion requests within 30 days.
We may update this policy. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
